so my dad loves using this emule program that helps people share files with one another on the internet. Every time he turns on his computer i lose internet connection on mine right away! I don’t even have to look out the door and i know he has just turned on his computer…. why? I don’t have internet connection on my end! Its such a pain! He doesn’t believe me its EMULE the crazy bandwidth sucking program that it is!
I used it in Toronto, and I remember Eric would be questioning why he has lost all his internet connection in his room (we’re on a router), and I figured out it was that stupid EMULE program. For the sake of everyone, I deleted the program and began using Utorrent, and others to do my file sharing. So I know first hand!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
how did i get so attached?
I wonder when I became so attached to the computer?? I guess during high school it was ICQ, since talking on the phone didn’t allow you to talk to 10 people at once. Then after, it was MSN. How did MSN replace ICQ? haha… i have no idea! During university, being on MSN was because I was always on the computer typing up my essays and doing my research. It was AsianAvenue and playing with pictures and video conferencing. Then I realized that after university was done, and I was working. I wasn’t really on the comptuer alot, except for file sharing and trying to watch tv shows on the computer. Music was a big thing.
You do use the computer less at home when you’re working. I mean you’re with one all the time at work. So basically you don’t really need one at home no more. However, if you do the file sharing thing a computer is definitely needed!
I love computers! they’re so pretty! They can be small and compact, big and full of space! they can be so fast, or really slow! They can do so much! Its the window to the world!!! Just in a tiny 100sq ft space you can look into the world! You can do anything! You can be anyone! Just staring in to this 13.3″ screen (laptop), you can fly!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ok i’m going crazy!!!!
